In Tambov checked food in kindergartens

In Tambov, planned monitoring of the quality of nutrition in preschool institutions continues. Regular control measures were held in kindergartens No. 47 “Luchik”, No. 71 “Forget-me-not” and No. 68 “Apple”.

The working group checked the observance of sanitary and hygienic norms and temperature regimes of food storage, the accuracy of following the recipe and cooking technology, the condition of food units and the compliance of personnel with personal hygiene rules. Special attention was paid to the formation of hygiene skills in pupils.

According to the results of inspections, it was established that the organization of nutrition is carried out in strict accordance with regulatory requirements and standards.

Such inspections are carried out on a regular basis in kindergartens in different parts of the city.
