In the Tambov region because of the Day of national unity will reduce the working week

The State Labor Inspectorate of the region recalled the shortened pre-holiday day and the rules of work during the holidays.

The State Labor Inspectorate in the Tambov region informs employees and employers: in early November 2026, the working week will be shortened in connection with the celebration of National Unity Day on November 4.

According to the production calendar, November 3 is a working holiday, so its duration is reduced by one hour.

According to Article 153 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, work on a weekend or non-working holiday is paid at least twice as much. In addition, at the request of an employee who worked on a weekend or non-working holiday, he may be given another day of rest.

In case of violation of labor rights, employees can contact the State Labor Inspectorate in the Tambov region at the address: Tambov, 53V Ryleev St., or by calling the hotline: 8 (915) 862-00-68, as well as electronically through the portal "Onlineinspektekt.RF".
