In the village of Titovo planned to build a school for 160 places. The design and estimate documentation is already ready at the expense of the municipal budget and has successfully passed the state examination. The project is expected to be implemented in 2028-2029.
The Federation Council supported the initiative of the Penza region in the framework of the Days of the region in May 2026. If the Ministry of Education announces a competition, the school project will be included in the application for a subsidy under the Education Development program. In the summer, the region sent the necessary documents for participation.
The Ministry of Education of the Penza region stressed that the construction of a new school is part of an extensive program to modernize the educational infrastructure. From 2021 to 2025, ten secondary vocational education facilities were overhauled in the region, and three more were updated in 2026, two of which were implemented as part of the Professionality project.
