In Tula completed the repair of the Pavshinsky bridge

This year, the Pavshinsky Bridge was put in order under the municipal program. The results of the work performed on October 27 were examined by the head of the city administration Ilya Bespalov.

Before repairs, there were tracks and pits on the roadway. Experts have updated the pavement of the roadway, as well as the bridge under the tramways. According to the chief engineer of the contractor Ivan Chumichev, the concrete structure had to be facilitated to reduce the load on the structure: the thickness of the asphalt exceeded norms, so it was defreshed.

Also, workers dismantled the protective leveling layer of concrete, restored it under tramways, made waterproofing and laid two layers of asphalt on the roadway. In addition, local beam repairs were carried out on the bridge.

The length of the site was more than 260 meters. The contractor began work in June and completed them in two stages - on October 26, traffic on the bridge was launched in full.

Earlier, “MK in Tula” reported that from October 23 in the regional center began to expand the carriageway at the intersection of City Lane and Ryazanskaya Street. After the completion of work on the site from the street Akademik Pavlov to Ryazan will appear three lanes, this should increase the capacity of the road.
