In the Tula region, comprehensive cadastral work (CRC) of federal significance is coming to an end. As reported by “MK in Tula” in the branch of PPC “Roskadaster” in the region, in 2026, work was carried out in eight municipalities – Alexin, Donskoy, Efremov, Novomoskovsk, Tula, as well as in Kireevsky, Uzlovsky and Shchekinsky districts. In total, 45 cadastral quarters and at least 14.8 thousand real estate objects were covered.
During the work, specialists specified the location of objects on the ground and corrected registry errors in border information. At the moment, updated data on 39 blocks and 13,971 real estate objects have already been entered into the USRN.
Conciliation activities have been completed for the remaining six quarters in the Uzlovsk district.
According to the director of the branch Lyubov Kasyanova, the work helps to fill the EGRN with complete and accurate information about the objects.
Earlier, “MK in Tula” reported that after repayment of the mortgage, the encumbrance from the apartment is removed at the request of the bank for three working days. If the housing was issued on a paper mortgage, the bank issues the original with a note on the fulfillment of obligations, after which the application can be submitted both through the bank and independently through the MFC.
