In the Tver region considered a complaint against the decision of the magistrate

The Likhoslavl district court considered the complaint of a local resident against the decision of the magistrate of the judicial precinct on an administrative offense under part 2 of article 12.27 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation, the press service of the court reported.

The materials of the case indicate that the citizen brought to administrative responsibility was driving a car and when reversing was not convinced of the safety of the maneuver, having made a collision with the victim's car. The car of the victim as a result of the accident received mechanical damage. After the accident, the press service of the court indicated, the woman did not report the incident to the police, did not expect the arrival of law enforcement officers, left the scene of the accident.

By the decision of the magistrate, the citizen was found guilty. She was sentenced to deprivation of her driving license for a year.

In the court hearing, the citizen brought to administrative responsibility indicated that the moment of the accident did not notice and had no intention to leave the scene of the accident.

Taking into account the evidence and circumstances of the case, the decision of the magistrate was left unchanged, the complaint - without satisfaction. The decision has entered into force.
