For 13 young participants of the “Movement of the First” in Ulyanovsk held a solemn presentation of the first passports. The documents were received by teenagers who have reached the age of 14, as part of the all-Russian action “We are citizens of Russia”.
Among the participants of the ceremony are Alexander Bogatykh, Milena Gorshkova, Varvara Grishin, Daria Dmitrieva, Denis Zhukov, Timur Idrisov, Ksenia Kondrashkina, Alexander Kruchinin, Kirill Lisin, Kirill Nesterov, Ksenia Polyakova, Vladislav Sukhoplyas and Nikolai Tarasov.
For children, obtaining a passport became a symbolic boundary between childhood and the new stage of growing up. They tried to make the ceremony not an ordinary issue of a document, but a memorable event that teenagers will be able to associate with their 14th birthday.
The award was held within the framework of the program “We are citizens of Russia”, one of the projects of the First Movement. Such ceremonies for teenagers are held for the third year.
In Ulyanovsk, since June last year, the first passports to the participants of the movement are awarded as part of meetings of the local branch of the organization.
