In the Volgograd region predict a calm geomagnetic situation
Weather-dependent residents of the region can count on a relatively comfortable day: according to experts, on Monday, October 26, the planet’s magnetosphere will be in a stable state
According to the calculations of scientists, the risk of a full-fledged magnetic storm is extremely low - it is estimated at only 7%. The probability of moderate geomagnetic fluctuations is slightly higher and is about 30%. The state of the magnetic field of the planet reflects the planetary index Kp: on this day it is expected at the level of 2-3 points, which corresponds to a calm or slightly perturbed environment.
Additional space weather parameters also indicate low solar activity. The speed of the solar wind is projected at around 342 km / s – this is a relatively low figure. The geomagnetic activity index Ap will be 5 units, and the solar activity index F10.7 will be fixed at a value of 88.
Although serious geomagnetic surges are not expected, doctors advise people who are sensitive to weather changes to take extra care of their health on this day. Experts recommend increasing the consumption of clean water, giving up coffee and alcohol for a while, as well as not overloading the body with physical activity - this will help to more easily tolerate even minor fluctuations in the magnetic background.
