In Voronezh, the police honored the memory of the dead colleagues in the line of duty

Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Voronezh region on the eve of the Day of Remembrance of Internal Affairs Officers who died in the line of duty, honored the memory of their fallen colleagues.

The place of the commemorative action was the Comintern cemetery. Heads and employees of the regional police department organized a subbotnik there: the participants put in order the burial of colleagues who died performing their official duty.

After the completion of the work, representatives of the leadership of the regional Glavka laid flowers at the graves of employees. The memory of the dead guards was honored with a minute of silence.

The Voronezh Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs stressed that care for the burial places of fallen colleagues has become a good tradition of the department. Such events allow us to preserve the memory of employees who showed courage and dedication and remained faithful to the service oath to the end.
