In Voronezh opened a criminal case because of permits for the construction of high-rise buildings

The Prosecutor’s office of Voronezh conducted an audit of compliance with the legislation when issuing permits for the construction of apartment buildings. This was reported to the supervisory authority.

It was established that in the period from September 2023 to September 2026, city administration officials made decisions on issuing construction permits without properly providing future residents with the necessary social infrastructure facilities.

According to the materials of the prosecutor's inspection, a criminal case was initiated for abuse of official powers. The progress and results of the investigation are under the control of the prosecutor's office.
