The elderly Yaroslavl citizen could not return to the house he built with his own hands for several years. Because of his son and daughter-in-law who wouldn't let him home. This is reported by the press service of the FSSP.
The history of living together relatives is sad. Yaroslavets built a house in the private sector for several years. After the construction was completed, he lived in the house with his son’s family. Son and wife on the second floor. His parent comes first.
But then the father had to go to another city to visit a friend. When he returned, he was unable to return to the house. His son and daughter-in-law stopped letting him on the doorstep.
To regain the right to live in his home, the pensioner appealed to the court. And won the case. But even after that, the relatives did not change their behavior and refused to comply with the court decision. A man couldn't live on the street. And he turned to bailiffs.
Court bailiffs joined the case and instituted enforcement proceedings.
After the expiration of the voluntary period for the execution of the court decision, the service officers issued a decision against the citizen to recover the executive fee. For ignoring the court decision, the debtor paid 10 thousand rubles as a fine.
Later, the bailiff came and held an explanatory conversation with the debtor, according to the results of which the parties to the proceedings found a compromise solution.
The measures taken by the bailiff-executor contributed to the fact that the debtor handed over the corresponding set of keys and did not prevent the birth father from living in the house.
