The authorities told about the progress of the overhaul of the school in the Uritsky district of the Orel region

In the Orel region in the Uritsky district, work continues on the overhaul of MBOU NSOSH No. 1 named after N. I. Zubilin. The educational institution is being updated within the framework of the regional project “All the best for children” of the federal project “All the best for children” of the national project “Youth and children”. What has already been done and what has yet to be done was told in the regional Department of Road Management in its group on the social network VKontakte.

The contracting organization at the facility is the construction company LLC "UNI-STROY". The contract for the overhaul of the school with the government firm was concluded on May 8, 2026. Its amount was 173 800,00 thousand rubles. The contractor began repair work within the agreed time and undertakes to complete them before November 10, 2027.

According to the authorities, at present, the contractor has fully carried out dismantling work in two buildings of the building, dismantled windows, doors, floors, ceilings, recaptured plaster. Disposal of waste is carried out in a timely manner. Work has begun on plastering window openings for the installation of window blocks.

The Department of Road Management of the Orel region added that as a result of major repairs, it is planned to equip each study room with water supply, as well as sewage to one of the buildings of the educational institution.

Zubilin in the urban-type village of Naryshkino, Uritsky district became possible thanks to the program to modernize school education systems, which has been effectively implemented for a long time in the Orel region with the support of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and attracting federal budget funds to the region.
