Instead of profit, the salon in Kaliningrad received a fine for the damaged hair of a client

In the Moscow district court appealed to the owner of the beauty salon. She wanted to recover from the client 17,500 rubles for coloring, which she refused to pay. This was reported in the Kaliningrad Regional Court.

The client said that she signed up for grinding roots and toning, but the master completely dyed her entire hair length. She wasn't told the new price. As a result, the hair was damaged.

The court found that the master did not warn the client that the service would change, and did not name a new cost. This is a violation of consumer rights.

In the lawsuit, the owner of the salon was refused, and the client was awarded ten thousand rubles of compensation for moral damage and five thousand rubles of a fine. The decision has not yet entered into force.

Earlier we wrote that Kaliningrad beauties were warned about the rise in price of salon services up to 15%.
