In Vladimir Central revealed violations

Prosecutor of the Vladimir region Yulia Kalistova together with authorized persons conducted an audit of compliance with the legislation in the Federal State Institution T-2 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Vladimir region (Vladimir Central). It contains persons convicted of particularly serious crimes.

The commission examined the cells of the security buildings, the premises of the economic support detachment, the food unit, the inspection rooms, the industrial zone and the temple.

Particular attention is paid to compliance with regime requirements and fire safety standards, the organization of material and household support and the provision of medical assistance to convicts and the procedure for storing personal belongings, receiving parcels and transfers.

The regional prosecutor held a personal reception of convicts on the observance of their rights.

According to the results of the inspection, violations of the law were revealed. The head of the Vladimir Federal Penitentiary Service was presented with an idea to eliminate the revealed violations. Execution of the requirements of the prosecutor’s office is put under control.
