The Legislative Assembly of the Vladimir region will consider the draft program of privatization of state property for 2027-2029. The list includes eight objects of cultural heritage of the XVIII-XIX centuries. Part of the historical property authorities have been trying to sell for several years.
Among the objects that are supposed to be put up for auction are the Bazhanov house in the village of Stavrovo of the Sobinsky district and the greenhouse of the Georgian-Shorygin estate in the village of Mikhailovskoye of the Kameshkovsky district.
The list also includes the destroyed Karpova estate in the village of Sushnevo. The complex includes the houses of the owner’s eldest and youngest sons, as well as a house for servants. Another object is the Vorontsov-Dashkov manor in the village of Andreevskoye, Petushinsky district, where the palace and the building of the school-dormitory are located.
All of these projects have already appeared in previous privatization plans. At the same time, the palace of the Vorontsov-Dashkov estate was previously sold to St. Petersburg billionaire Alexander Bogatikov for two rubles. Now the regional authorities intend to continue work on the transfer of historical real estate to new owners.
