According to experts, scammers themselves call potential victims and convince them to use services before snowfalls. For persuasiveness, they offer a favorable cost of work, but require first to transfer money to rent equipment or purchase consumables. As soon as the funds come to the account, the performers stop answering calls and block customers.

In "Mashelovka" recommend not to agree to such proposals without prior verification of the executor. Roof maintenance is better to trust companies with a proven reputation and draw up a contract.

Experts also advise not to send advances for renting equipment and materials to personal bank cards of unfamiliar individuals. Pay for services is safer after the work is completed and the customer has checked their quality.
