According to the environmental prosecutor's office, a local resident illegally included the land of the water fund in the boundaries of his agricultural plot.
By law, coastal strips and water bodies cannot be privately owned and must be accessible to the public.
The Ilovlinsky district court fully satisfied the prosecutor's claim for the seizure of territory from illegal possession.
The decision has already been executed: the relevant changes have been made to the Unified State Register of Real Estate, and the site has been officially returned to the state.
