The man calmly watched as his child tries to break a young tree, which was recently planted as part of the improvement of the territory. To stop this barbarism was possible only thanks to the intervention of utilities, who made the father a remark and demanded to take the child out of the chamber.
Experts are puzzled: why spoil what is done for the comfort and beauty of the city? Employees of the service urge the Volga residents to turn on the head and protect urban plants, benches and sculptures, rather than turning them into targets for children's pranks.
