A few years ago in the capital, a man stole a sports bag left at a stop. There were sports shoes, clothes, headphones and a mobile phone. The identity of the thief was established, but he was not detained, as he quickly went abroad.
Four years later, the kidnapper returned to Minsk. Despite a long trip, he could not avoid meeting with law enforcement officers. The man was arrested. He confessed to what he had done and fully compensated for the damage.
