All Belenergo organizations received certificates of readiness of heat sources and consumers for the heating season

The organizations of GPO "Belenergo" in full received certificates of readiness of heat sources and consumers of thermal energy - a total of 364 passports. Belenergo approved technical measures to ensure stable and reliable power supply to consumers. The energy supply organizations of the association have prepared appropriate orders on the preparation of electric power facilities for operation in the autumn-winter period. Temporary working groups have been established to ensure rational heating regimes for consumers and the economical use of fuel and energy resources. Commissions have been established to check the readiness of branches. Schedules for repairing energy and technological equipment at power facilities have been approved. The heating equipment is planned to carry out major repairs of 27 power boilers, 16 turbines, 9 water heating and 10 steam boilers. To date, 36 pieces of equipment have been repaired. Another 21 are undergoing major repairs. At 50 units of thermal equipment, an average repair is planned. Of these, 33 have already been completed. 24 chimneys and 20 gas pipelines are also being repaired. It is also planned to overhaul 12 generators for power system facilities, 2 power transformers, 7 high-voltage circuit breakers, as well as comprehensive repair of 161 substations with a voltage of 35 - 110 kV. At the moment, repairs have been completed on 63 pieces of equipment. Today, 114 units of equipment are being repaired in accordance with the approved schedules, Mikhail Shevaldin cited the data.

A major overhaul of the power line of all voltage classes with a length of more than 13,600 km, or more than 63% of the plans for the current year, was carried out. Measures are being taken to improve the reliability of electrical networks. In particular, the replacement of supports and wires of 0.4-10 kV, the repair of distribution transformer substations, the replacement of lightning tether on lines 35 kV and above. In general, these measures were completed by more than 70% of the planned volumes. Work was carried out to clear the passages of 10-750 kV lines on an area of more than 13.6 thousand hectares. This is about 80% of the plans for 2026. Together with the forest farms, order was restored in the forest strips adjacent to the sidings for a length of more than 1,240 km. We are replacing 6–10 kV cable lines in the regional district cities of the country and in Minsk with a volume of more than 122 km, also about 50% of the plans for the current year. More than 215 km of heat networks, or more than 86% of the annual plan, were replaced using pre-insulated pipes, the maximum possible in terms of technical and economic volume.

- Work on the creation of fuel oil reserves is being completed. Today, operating reserves are about 254 thousand tons. On the balance of energy supply organizations there are 311 mobile diesel power plants. They are in good condition, provided with a fuel reserve and all the necessary switching equipment, including cables for connection with the appropriate tips. Responsible persons have been appointed for the operation of mobile electric generator sets, including for their connection to power receivers of consumers. A fire prevention plan is being implemented. 157 fire and technical commissions and 424 fire brigades have been established and operate in the subordinate energy organizations. More than 3,300 fire automation systems were maintained, repaired and ready. There are more than 2,200 serviceable fire hydrants and reservoirs, more than 11,000 fire cranes. By the upcoming winter period, operational-restorative and operational-exit brigades have been formed, which are fully equipped with protective equipment from the necessary materials. The procedure for actions of operational groups in low temperatures has been worked out, Mikhail Shevaldin added.
