Yaroslavl spoke about a new problem in the work of validators

This time in the city bus No. 7, en route to Perekop, when paying for the fare with a card, the technician issued a message “entrance is registered”, as on intercity buses.

When exiting after the card touched the validator again, the login information was repeated. As a result of all these little-understood manipulations, 217 rubles were withdrawn from the passenger.

Judging by the comments in social networks, such an expensive passage through the city is not an isolated case. And outraged in this situation, the citizens that for an instant write-off of many times more money have to spend a lot of time and effort to officially return it.

For some reason, when returning money, only material costs are taken into account, and it would be worth adding moral costs to them.
