Yaroslavna paid off debts only after the arrest of the car

The debt of the 47-year-old resident of Rybinsk exceeded 340 thousand rubles and arose in connection with the complete disregard of credit institutions, which, in turn, wanted to return their money.

Generally accepted measures of bailiffs - restriction on transport, recovery on settlement accounts, executive fee in the amount of 42 thousand rubles - to pay debts to the lady did not stimulate.

Then they decided to use a more than once proven method - the arrest of a car. They seized the equipment in front of the debtor and warned her about the additional costs that would arise during the sale of her property.

Both the debt and the performance fee were repaid within three days.
