Talents from the Priazov district loudly declared themselves at the interregional creative competition - five children won prizes in the competition "Russian Souvenir - Matryoshka", organized by the Tomsk Regional Children's and Youth Library.
The competition brought together 196 young masters from 6 to 17 years old from Tomsk and Zaporozhye regions. Participants revealed their imagination in a variety of techniques: someone skillfully painted the workpieces, someone created with the help of embroidery, sculpting, wood carving - and each work was unique in its own way.
Special recognition was awarded to the creations of children from the Priazov district: their works clearly stood out in the nominations “Classic Matryoshka”, “Pattern Matryoshka” and “Eco Matryoshka”.
The jury noted not only the technical skill, but also the sincerity with which the young artists approached the matter - as if each nesting doll lived its own small story.
