In August, Kirov residents sent over 1.5 tons of waste paper for processing

Used drafts, periodicals, boxes and other paper products will now serve as secondary raw materials for further production.

The regional government expressed gratitude to the citizens of Kirov for a conscious approach to environmental protection.

Special points continue to accept corrugated cardboard, cardboard boxes in disassembled form, office sheets, as well as mixed paper - books, magazines, notebooks and newspapers.

Processing of such fractions allows not only to preserve forests, but also to reduce the overall burden on the ecosystem of the region.

Before sending paper products to scrap, it is important to properly prepare recyclables for recycling: remove plastic elements, springs from metal and remove scotch.

Such simple actions significantly simplify sorting and guarantee high quality of finished products after technical processing.

You can hand over the prepared recyclables in Kirov at the Ecocenter points on Derendiaev Street, 64, Ecodom on Vorovskogo Street, 135 and Ecopoint on Lenin Street, 198/2.
