You will no longer have to go to the district center for medicines: in villages they were allowed to be sold at the post office

Residents of remote villages will be able to buy medicines in post offices. The Russian government allowed such trade in settlements where there are no pharmacies and medical organizations.

The innovation is designed to make medicines more affordable for rural residents, including in the Ulyanovsk region.

Previously, people from small settlements often had to go to district centers or neighboring villages for the necessary drugs. This was especially difficult for the elderly.

In addition, medicines can be purchased at mobile pharmacy points. They will come to the localities on a fixed schedule.

It is expected that the new opportunities will allow villagers to spend less time buying the necessary medicines.
