The conflict between the drivers of garbage trucks and the management of the company serving Sergiev Posad and Dmitrov, it seems, has moved from a dead point

The strike of drivers of garbage trucks gave effect: there are agreements

We will remind, on the eve of the base between Sovkhoz and Svatkovo actually stopped work: garbage trucks did not go on the routes. The reason was a sharp decline in wages – the salary was cut almost in half, leaving workers with 40 thousand rubles for a full watch at a 12-hour day. The requirement was simple: raise the salary from 15 500 to 25 000 rubles. In response, the authorities invited the dissatisfied to write applications for dismissal.

On Monday, emotions reached their limits. The network got shots in which the head of the base Radik Baibikov, who turned out to be “extreme” in this situation, actually says goodbye to the post. He said he had already been fired for a strike. “I've already been fired! I loved this job! Yes, I sat without bonuses, but I had no alternative! And now I'm naked with my ass. Thank you, colleagues! – shouts in the video Baibikov.

Workers are sure that the head of the base was a victim of pressure from the head office in Khimki. Probably, it was from there that the command to restore order at any cost came. Baibikov himself, according to his subordinates, now plays to the public, since his position is unenviable.

However, after information about the riot spread on social networks, the situation changed. According to the subscriber of the channel reporter Trofimov, the company promised to revise the terms: “In September until tomorrow or the day after tomorrow promised to pay drivers and loaders what was cut.” Within a month, they promised to raise salaries and make drivers a minimum wage, something 110, and loaders also raise (and not 40 or 60, as it was). It is not yet known what the prices are. The piecework is coming back. For eight-cubic bins, which are large, for ordinary bins, garbage containers, plastic. For rebounds, when we manually collect garbage, must pay extra, well, it is also not yet known what prices. Until November 10, we have to announce, because on November 10, we have an inclusive salary at the first watch, at the second watch it is like an advance payment. We work from 1st to 15th - this is the first watch, and the second one is from 15th to 30th or 31st. But we immediately warned our superiors: if there is any deception again, we will stand up and strike.

The management has pledged to announce specific prices before November 10 - it is to this date that payments of the first and second watches are tied.

Despite the concessions, tensions remain. The workers have already made it clear that they do not take their word for it. If the promises remain on paper or the amounts are less than expected, the strike will be repeated. The base’s 270 employees, most of whom are on strike or on sick leave, are on standby.
