The launch of the winter Aksarka – Beloyarsk planned for the end of December

The authorities of the Priural district announced a tender for the construction of the Aksarka-Beloyarsk winter highway, the winner has already been determined. The contractor will have to build a winter tank, monitor its condition all season, and dismantle it in the spring of 2027. The relevant documents are published on the EIS portal “Procurement”.

On the 46-kilometer road will allow the movement of transport weighing up to 25 tons at a speed of up to 50 km / h, the width of the carriageway will be about six meters.

Preparation for the winter will begin with the arrangement of checkpoints in both villages - they should be put up before December 1. It is planned to open traffic by December 25, but the exact date will depend on the weather, as well as the final delivery of the object: by January 5, 2027.

Special attention is paid to safety on the rivers Big, Curve and Small Ob. When the thickness of the ice reaches 28 centimeters, transport weighing up to ten tons will be allowed through the winter. On the Ob and Small Ob curves, ice crossings will be poured to the formation of ice 60 centimeters thick – to withstand wheeled vehicles weighing 25 tons.

In Yamal, preparations are underway to open three seasonal roads of regional importance with a total length of 614 kilometers. The exact dates of their launch will depend on the weather and track readiness.
