Deputy Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Alexander Chernikov held a personal reception for citizens on September 23. Minsk residents and representatives of organizations appealed to him on the provision of land, resettlement from private housing, reconstruction of facilities and design, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.

A resident of Minsk does not agree with the proposed option of resettlement. The woman said that her family previously lived in the Moscow district and would like to stay in this part of the city. The main reason - children: nearby are their educational institutions and circles.

Chernikov explained that there are currently no suitable houses for resettlement in the Moscow district, but the family was offered several options in other areas of the capital.

- It is important for us not only to allocate housing, but also to choose an option that would correspond to square meters. Unfortunately, in the Moscow district there is no suitable option for you. You are offered other options from which you can choose the most convenient, said Chernikov.

Another issue was the provision of additional land for the temple. The representative of the religious community said that in the process of designing the fencing of the temple it turned out that it goes beyond the border of the land plot. In this regard, the applicant requested the additional land necessary for the work.

The Deputy Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee noted that there are no grounds for providing an additional site in this case. The land in the adjacent territory has a different purpose, so it is impossible to redistribute it for the needs of the temple.

Also, a Minsk resident turned to the reception, who would like to use part of the land plot provided to him for gardening, for organizing the entrance to the residential house. The applicant requested that consideration be given to changing the designation of the territory in order to provide access to the house.

Chernikov explained that the issue can be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by law, including through registration of the plot in the property.

- If you want to use this site differently, you can buy it. Otherwise, the land should be used for its intended purpose - for gardening. If the requirements for the use of land are not met, it can be withdrawn by the city, he explained.

The representative of the legal entity addressed the issue of reconstruction of the facility on the street. International. It was about the possibility to glaze the existing terraces and further use the premises.

As explained at the reception, as a result of such changes, the technical and economic indicators of the facility will increase. This can lead to non-compliance with the requirements of the detailed development plan of the territory. In addition, with an increase in the area of the facility will need to provide an additional number of cars.

Chernikov noted that in the presented version, it will not be possible to issue a permit due to a possible violation of the requirements of the detailed development plan of the territory.
