Residents in Crimea will be able to monitor the work of management companies through MAKS

Crimean management companies will publish monthly reports on the work performed in house chats in the MAKS messenger. This was told on the air of the TV channel “Crimea 24” by the head of the Housing Supervision Inspectorate of the Republic of Crimea, the chief state housing inspector of the Republic of Crimea Elena Kukhol.

Reports will indicate what services were provided in a month, how many times they were performed and how much money was written off from the house account. According to Elena Kuhol, this will allow each owner to independently monitor the work of the management company.

Previously, acts of work performed were often signed by chairmen or seniors at home, and the rest of the tenants may not know what exactly they did in the building. Now this information will be available to all participants of the home chat.
