Resident of Bashkiria was responsible for poaching and drunk driving

In the Krasnokamsk district of Bashkortostan, a 38-year-old villager appeared in court for illegal extraction of water resources and two episodes of drunk driving.

In May of this year, a man and a friend set up nets on the White River, three kilometers from the village of Staraya Mushta. Together they illegally caught fish of different breeds, causing damage in the amount of more than 27 thousand rubles.

The criminals were arrested at the fishing site. Despite the criminal case, the man was again detained for illegal fishing with damages of 50 thousand rubles.

In May and June of this year, after administrative punishment for drunk driving, a man was twice caught drunk driving a VAZ and a motorcycle IZH Jupiter.

The court sentenced the man to two years and eight months of suspended imprisonment with probation for two years. He was also banned from driving for three years. The car, motorcycle, inflatable boats and fishing nets were confiscated in favor of the state. The court also recovered 77 thousand rubles from the poacher.
