In Buturlinovsky district of the Voronezh region, a man paid off a long-term arrears for alimony after bailiffs and police established his whereabouts

In the Buturlinovsky district of the Voronezh region, a man paid off many years of alimony arrears after bailiffs and police officers established his whereabouts. For the maintenance of his daughter, he transferred more than 743 thousand rubles. This was reported in the regional office of the FSSP.
The court imposed the obligation to pay a quarter of its earnings on the child on the man in 2019. However, the father avoided transferring money, and the amount of debt gradually increased.
Attempts to bring the defaulter to justice at first failed. For violation of obligations, he was assigned 20 hours of mandatory work, but after serving his sentence, the man did not start payments. He was soon put on an executive search.
When the bailiffs managed to find the debtor, a criminal case was opened against him under Article 157 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on non-payment of funds for the maintenance of children. However, the man fled again, so he was put on the federal wanted list.
Subsequently, bailiffs, together with police officers, established a new address for the man. The materials of the criminal case were sent to the court. After that, the debtor fully paid the accumulated amount - more than 743 thousand rubles.
In connection with the repayment of the debt, the Buturlinovsky district court dismissed the criminal case.
