Residents of Izhevsk warned about the danger of skin damage due to antibiotics

Residents of Izhevsk were reminded that uncontrolled use of antibiotics can lead to serious consequences. Recently, doctors rescued a young woman with an almost complete skin lesion.

The patient developed Lyell syndrome - an acute toxic-allergic reaction. The girl took antibiotics on her own, without a doctor's prescription, which led to a dangerous complication.

Doctors emphasize: antibiotics can not be used without the recommendation of a specialist. When treating it is important to take into account the dosage, contraindications and compatibility with other drugs.
