Residents of Komi warned that the drug for diabetics disappeared from pharmacies

Residents of Komi were told that patients with diabetes mellitus faced interruptions in obtaining preferential medicines. Due to supply delays and shortages of drugs, some people have to buy the necessary funds at their own expense.

According to patients, drugs and test strips to control sugar are issued with delays. Sometimes the drugs received in pharmacies run out during the day, and it is not possible to get them for free on a preferential prescription.

Among the reasons were delays in supplies, difficulties with the logistics of imported drugs and insufficient production of domestic analogues.
