Residents of the Yaroslavl village of Komarova now know exactly what to promise and do are not the same thing

The most insulting thing was that the promise was from the authorities, and even backed up by assurances that the money for its implementation was included in the budget.

We are talking about creating a pedestrian zone, because due to its absence, local residents are forced to walk exclusively on a busy unlit and unintended for pedestrians road, where it is dark and dirty in the evening. In addition, this road has several ascents, descents and turns, in winter the roadsides are covered with ice and snow, so people have to walk almost in the center of the carriageway.

The authorities promised to organize lighting and create a pedestrian zone in 2025. At the end of 2026, nothing has been done and nothing is being done.
