A resident of Syktyvkar will go on trial for rioting in the ambulance "Ambulance"
A 22-year-old local resident ignored the remarks of doctors, along with her in the car was her lover, who was hospitalized.
The deputy prosecutor of the capital of the Komi Republic approved the indictment in the framework of criminal proceedings against a 22-year-old resident of Syktyvkar. The girl is accused under Art. 319 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation — for public humiliation of the honor and dignity of officials in the exercise of their official powers, as well as in connection with such execution.
According to the investigation, the incident occurred on September 19, 2026, when the accused celebrated her birthday. During the celebration, her young man fell from the second floor and was injured. When the victim was hospitalized, the culprit of the feast decided to go with a friend in the ambulance.
In the ambulance, young people behaved inadequately: they moved around the car, talked loudly and smoked electronic cigarettes. The paramedics were forced to stop the transport and asked the girl to leave. Then the Syktyvkar began to lash out at the paramedic, and when the traffic police arrived to help Syktyvkar, she addressed them with insults using obscene language, which humiliated the honor and dignity of the authorities.
For consideration on the merits, the criminal case was sent to the magistrate of the Morozovsky judicial district of Syktyvkar. The investigation was conducted in the city of Syktyvkar of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Komi.
