Residents of Pochinka reminded the rules of fire safety in the heating season

In the city of Pochinok, the representative of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Anastasia Poluektova held a series of preventive meetings with local residents. The investigator of the specialized department of supervision explained to the citizens why the beginning of the heating season is traditionally considered one of the most fire-prone periods of the year and because of what fires often occur in the cold.

Particular emphasis during the conversations was placed on the rules for the use of furnaces, gas equipment and heaters. Anastasia Alexandrovna urged residents not to reheat the furnaces, not to leave them unattended and completely abandon artisanal or faulty heating devices. The inspector also recalled the importance of monitoring the state of electrical wiring and the danger of overloading the power grid with the simultaneous inclusion of several powerful devices.
