Housing and communal services, medicine, housing and social issues became the main topics of appeals of St. Petersburgers to the Deputy of the Legislative Assembly Alexander Rzhanenkov. He told the correspondent of “MK in St. Petersburg” Camilla Latypova in the framework of the event “Election Night – 2026”.
According to Rzhanenkov, over the past five years, more than 13,000 people on medical issues have addressed him through social networks and other channels. It was mainly about hospitalization and other problems related to obtaining medical care.
“If we talk about priorities, in my areas, people appealed more to the problems of housing, housing and communal services. The second topic is medicine. Then there is housing and social direction, – said the Deputy.
To process appeals, Rzhanenkov, together with assistants, launched the Electronics system. It included federal and city regulatory framework on social sphere, medicine and housing, as well as decisions of commissions and other materials.
According to the deputy, the user can ask a question in "Electronics" and receive a written or voice response. If necessary, the appeal is transmitted to the responsible specialists, and its implementation is monitored.
“A person does not need to waste time, go somewhere for a reception, get there, wait for a conversation and so on,” Rzhanenkov said.
At the same time, the deputy continues to hold personal receptions of citizens. According to him, every month in different districts of St. Petersburg they are 50-70 people. All appeals are recorded in the database, after which the deputies, together with assistants, track the progress of their decision.
