15-year-old goalkeeper from Krasnoyarsk told how to represent the region in the Russian national team
15-year-old Rodion Izyumsky now plays for the youth team at the U-15 World Cup in Azerbaijan

In an interview with the RFU, he admitted that he was proud to show where he came from.
“It's an honor. It's really nice to show how popular my city is and that I'm from there, the goalkeeper said.
He has no anxiety before the tournament: “There are no nerves – he came with a high to play.”.
Rodion came to football after training on the trampoline: he wanted to try, stood in the gate - and the goalkeeper career began. Until the age of 13, he studied in Krasnoyarsk “Rotor”, and now plays in the Academy “Zenit”.
He advised young players of the region to believe in themselves: "Anyone can get to the level of the national team and top club.".
