Russians will perform at the World Cup in gymnastics in Rotterdam without a flag
The tournament will be held from 17 to 25 October. World Gymnastics admits Russians with a flag, but during the transition period in some tournaments they continue to perform in neutral status

Russian athletes will perform at the upcoming world championship in gymnastics in Rotterdam without flags and national symbols. This was reported by TASS in the press service of the Gymnastics Federation of Russia (FGR).
"Russian athletes will take part in the World Championship under the flag of the International Gymnastics Federation (World Gymnastics) as part of the transition period," the FGR said.
On May 17, the Executive Committee of World Gymnastics allowed Russian athletes to participate in international competitions with the flag and anthem of their country. At the same time, the federation admitted that in some tournaments already distributed earlier, the national symbols of the two countries may be absent due to the ban of local authorities.
In August, at the European Gymnastics Championships in Croatia, Russian athletes also performed without a flag.
The World Cup will be held in Rotterdam from 17 to 25 October. The teams that took the first three places following the results of team tournaments for men and women will receive vouchers for the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.
