Belarusian tennis player Arina Sobolenko took part in the Vogue World show at Milan Fashion Week. The video with the athlete was published by Vogue Italia on Instagram (owned by Meta, the company is recognized as extremist and banned in Russia).

The event took place on September 22 at the Gallery of Victor Emmanuel II in Milan. 28-year-old Sobolenko as part of the show walked along the catwalk in a dress from Gucci.

Before the event, Sobolenko met with Russian model Irina Shayk, who held an impromptu master class on the catwalk for her.

Sobolenko, who dropped to second place in the WTA rankings after the recent US Open, has 24 titles, including four Grand Slam victories. Belarus held the status of the first number for almost 100 consecutive weeks.
