Bolshunov without selection got into the preliminary team for the World Cup
Alexander Bolshunov will perform in the first two stages of the World Cup, if he receives neutral status. Also, the coaches included seven more skiers without selection
Eight skiers by the decision of the coaches without additional selection are included in the preliminary composition of the team for the first stages of the World Cup, the press service of the Ski and Snowboard Federation of Russia reported.
These are Alexander Bolshunov, Sergey Ardashev, Savely Korostelev, Alexander Terentyev, Natalia Terentyeva, Veronika Stepanova, Alina Pekletsova and Alena Baranova. They will go to the World Cup on condition of obtaining neutral status (it has already been given to Korostelev, Terentyeva and Pekletsova).
The rest of the participants will be determined in Khanty-Mansiysk on November 10-11 in the 10 km races in the classical and free style.
The first stages of the World Cup will be held in Ruka (Finland) and Trondheim (Norway).
In total, the team will consist of 10 men and women.
