The International Field Hockey Federation lifted restrictions on Russians

The International Field Hockey Federation (FIH) allowed Russian athletes to participate in tournaments under its auspices with national symbols. About this in his Telegram channel wrote the Minister of sports of the Russian Federation Mikhail Degtyarev.

I would like to note that field hockey is included in the program of the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. The federation became the 21st in a row, which removed all restrictions from our athletes, Degtyarev said.

The decision was made in accordance with the recommendations of the International Olympic Committee of July 7 on the abolition of recommendations on restrictions for Russian athletes. FIH also lifted the ban on holding tournaments in Russia.
