On this Saturday, November 7, the Tula Mikhailov Academy held an away match against the Chelyabinsk White Bears. The meeting ended with the victory of the guests with a score of 4: 2, told “MK in Tula” in the press service of the hockey team.
Andrei Ryzhkov returned to the Tulyaks, and the team gate was defended by Viktor Levchenko. The audience saw the first goal almost 11 minutes after the start of the game. Sergey Kudinov took advantage of the transfer of Artemy Doronin and brought the Mikhailovites forward.
However, the end of the starting period remained with the owners of the site. Two and a half minutes before the break, the Chelyabinsk team first equalized the score, and then threw another puck and left for the break with the advantage.
After the change of sides, the wards of Nikolai Lemtyugov managed to seize the initiative. In the second period, the Tulaks were much more likely to threaten the opponent’s goal: they surpassed the “White Bears” with a score of 15:6 on throws to the goal. In addition, the guests twice realized the numerical advantage. First, Sergey Kudinov scored a double, and then Ivan Kulagin threw the puck, which again brought the Academy forward.
In the final twenty minutes, the Tula team strengthened the advantage. In the 52nd minute, Vadim Ambrosov took advantage of another majority and increased the gap in the score. The attempt of the hosts to save the match by replacing the goalkeeper with a field player did not bring results. The final siren recorded the victory of the Mikhailov Academy - 4: 2.
Now the Tulaks return home and start preparing for two matches with Dynamo-Shinnik. Meetings are scheduled for November 11 and 12.
Earlier, MK in Tula told about the success of another Tula hockey team. "AKM-sledge" won all seven matches of the third round of the championship of Russia in the Higher League season 2026/2027, which was held in Nizhny Novgorod.
