Ekaterina Ershova and Stanislav Yaskevich brought the Belarusian team the first gold of the World Championship in trampoline jumping in 2026 in Chinese Nanjing, BelTA writes.

In the final of the tournament in mixed synchronous jumps Ershov and Yaskevich went in the status of favorites, winning qualifying and semifinal competitions. In the decisive start on November 7, our trampoline players confirmed their status - Ekaterina and Stanislav scored 52,760 points and took first place.

Last year, Belarusians became the first world champions in this type of program. Silver in Nanjing went to Seljan and Magsud Magsudov from Azerbaijan (52,010), the three were closed by the Japanese Hikaru Mori and Yusei Matsumoto (51,490).

Earlier, on November 7, the semifinals in individual jumps were held, according to the results of which the fight for medals on Sunday will continue our Ivan Litvinovich, Andrei Builov and Violetta Bordilovskaya. Outside the personal finals remained Yaskevich, Ershova and Jan Lebedev.
