Who would have thought that school years would not be in vain? Table tennis on a rusty steel table in the yard, football between the "rod" of linen dryers - all this once met in the same company. Home athletes have made sports, physical education and a moderate healthy lifestyle a priority for every day – for work, leisure and everyday life.

For Petrozavodsk – and most likely for the whole of Karelia – the presence in the commercial organization of sections for employees and friends in football, table tennis, volleyball and even triathlon is a unique experience.

Table tennis, however, we have at a very amateur level - I, as a section coach, humbly admit it. But football and triathlon are high: athletes and teams are noticeable at the regional and even federal level.

I think a lot of people have guessed it – it’s about Citilink Company.

For the corporate sports section, only two factors are important: like-minded people and a leader who can build the work of the community. When there is both, it is easier for the employer to provide support. Basic costs are actually negligible, and the result - reputation and team spirit - is on top.

Employee activity is different: sometimes 8 people are registered for training, and sometimes 18 people. It also happens that the sections almost coincide in time - you have to choose or accelerate.

So, yesterday from 20:00 to 22:00 there was table tennis, and at 20:30 the final season match of the Night League Citilinka on football began. I had to leave tennis players to play independently and have time with a camera for the second half of football. I did not regret: the closing of the season was spectacular - not only in goals, but also in the entourage.

PS: It was the first time I played sports at night. It is very difficult to find a compromise between the exposure of the camera, so that the dynamics of the event do not smear the picture and “so that at least something is visible in the dark.” In any case, it was necessary after the fact to significantly “pull” photos on the computer in brightness.
