In Nyurbe accelerated construction for the Sports Games of the peoples of Yakutia

During a working visit to Nyurbinsky ulus, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic Sergey Mestnikov assessed the progress of infrastructure construction for the IX Sports Games, which will be held from July 7 to 11, 2027.

Status of key sites:

The city of Nyurba: a stadium for 3 thousand seats with an athletics arena. The developer plans to complete the main work this winter in order to lay the treadmills and the playing field in the summer. The sports and health complex (pool, wrestling and gyms) will also be connected to heating until the cold for interior decoration;

Antonovka village: a hall of martial arts with a boarding school. Connection to heat is planned before the end of the year;

Medical building in Nyurbe: construction, previously suspended due to an unscrupulous contractor, resumed by the company "Installation". Until winter, it is planned to close the thermal circuit (windows and roof);

Chappanda village: modular sports hall. The new contractor completes the glazing and installation of doors, heating is expected by December;

The village of Nyurbachan: the firing range is 90% ready, the issue of supplying electricity is being solved.

Sergey Mestnikov stressed that the main task of the builders is to close the thermal circuit before frost. This will allow you to qualitatively perform interior decoration in winter and hand over the objects on time. He noted the satisfactory pace of work, but demanded to strengthen the daily control by the organizing committee to promptly eliminate shortcomings.

The final stage of the Games will unite competitions in 15 sports, including athletics, volleyball, boxing, chess and all-around “GTO Games”.
