“Oilmen” really wanted to take revenge from the principal opponent for yesterday’s defeat (2: 3, in overtime) and open the score for victories in the current tournament. And they were close to a positive result, because during the meeting they led - 2: 1. However, at the end of the regional derby again ended in favor of the team of Roman Yupatov.

The winners were distinguished by Alexander Levko (2nd minute), Danila Sachkov (40), Alexander Kogalev (54) and Mikhail Listopadov (59, in the empty gate), and the losers were the authors of abandoned pucks Ivan Guskov (29) and Airat Murzin (38).

At the start of the tournament, Vitebsk won three of the four meetings held.

In the first place in the standings is Shakhtar (8 points). The closest pursuers of the Pitmen are Metallurg (8), Vitebsk (7), Mogilev (6), Brest (6) and Gomel (6).

In the regular season, all teams will play 52 matches. According to the results of the stage of the six strongest squads qualify for 1/4 finals. Participants who finish in places from seventh to tenth will contest two more playoff vouchers in the qualifying round in series to two wins. The playoffs will begin on March 10 and end no later than April 23. At each stage - quarterfinal, semifinal and final - the fight will be fought up to four victories.

Most often in the championship of Belarus in hockey won the Minsk “Youth”, which has 11 trophies. Also in the three most titled teams of the tournament include Grodno “Neman” (7) and Zhlobin “Metallurg” (5).
