الظلام يولد إحدى القرى في مقاطعة كينشيم

وقد استوفت محكمة مدينة كينشيم مطالب مكتب المدعي العام الذي دافع عن حقوق سكان قرية غولوفينسكايا في مستوطنة باتمانوفو.

The reason for the intervention was the numerous appeals of citizens from the village to the lack of normal light on the streets.

The inspection confirmed the fears of people: the available number of lights does not meet the standards and does not provide an adequate level of illumination.

According to the supervisory authority, this directly violated the rights of citizens to personal safety in the dark and posed a threat to their life and health.
