The financial assets of Yandex Pay clients are not at risk and are 100% protected despite the recent system failure.

He clarified that the capital itself is not accumulated on the physical servers of the data center - only control capacities function there.

The company said that engineers continue to address the consequences of the accident, carefully inspecting each step when restarting the platforms.

The press service of Yandex apologized to users for the inconvenience and promised to promptly share the latest information as the recovery measures progress.

Recall that on October 11, the management of Yandex informed about the emergency: due to the drone raid in Vladimir, the infrastructure of the corporation’s data center was damaged.
