In Ustyuzhna, two objects of cultural heritage are put up for auction: the bank building on the Trading Square and the Kurbatov estate on the Right Embankment, 15/1. Bidding is announced for November 11. The starting price is 1 ruble.
Investors, buying objects of cultural heritage on preferential terms, undertake to restore them and give a second life: to open a museum, hotel, cultural center, etc. For this, preferential lending programs can be used. If you plan to open a hotel category not lower than two stars, the rate will be 6%, for other purposes - 9%.
The three-storey mansion on Trade Square was built in the second half of the 19th century as a branch of the State Bank. After nationalization, various services were located here.
Kurbatov’s estate is associated with the name of the nobleman and public figure Nikolai Alexandrovich Kurbatov. At the beginning of the 20th century, he served as chairman of the county district council.
